Notifying Lands in Otago Land District for Sale by Public Auction.

RANFURLY, Governor.

IN pursuance of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the one-hundred-and-thirteenth section of “The Land Act, 1892,” I, Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby appoint Monday, the fourth day of July, one thousand nine hundred and four, as the time at which the lands enumerated in the Schedule hereto shall be sold by public auction; and I do hereby fix the prices at which the said lands shall be sold as those mentioned in the said Schedule hereto opposite the description of such lands respectively.

Notifying Land in Canterbury Land District for Sale by Public Auction.

RANFURLY, Governor.

IN pursuance of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the one-hundred-and-thirteenth section of “The Land Act, 1892,” I, Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby appoint Wednesday, the sixth day of July, one thousand nine hundred and four, as the time at which the land described in the Schedule hereto shall be sold by public auction at Timaru; and I do hereby fix the price at which the said land shall be sold as that mentioned in the said Schedule hereto.

This section is situated on the south side of the Monavale Road, about three-quarters of a mile southward from Coal Creek Railway-station (twenty-six miles from Timaru, on the Fairlie Branch line). It consists of level land, in grass. The fencing along the road-line is the property of Mr. W. Wreford, who will have the right, within two weeks from the date of sale, of removing the same, and the purchaser of the land will take possession subject to this right.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this eleventh day of May, one thousand nine hundred and four.

Trustees for the Akatarawa Public Cemetery appointed.

RANFURLY, Governor.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the sixth section of “The Cemeteries Act, 1882,” I, Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby appoint the several persons whose names are specified in the first column of the Schedule hereto to be Trustees to provide for the maintenance and care of the public cemetery specified in the second column of the said Schedule.

John Whiteman, John Walter Cudby, James Alfred Hazelwood, and John Benjamin Dalton. AKATARAWA. All that parcel of land in the Wellington Land District, containing by admeasurement 3 acres, more or less, being part of Section No. 215, Akatarawa Survey District, and being all the land described in deed No. 88006, registered (148 D 561, Index Vol. iii., folio 503) in the District Land Registry Office, Wellington, and delineated on the plan drawn thereon.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this eleventh day of May, one thousand nine hundred and four.

to be a Trustee, in the place of James Liddle, deceased, to provide for the maintenance and care of the Okorako
