Authorising the Laying-off of the Main Streets in the Town
of Kingwell, Auckland Land District, of a Width of 66 ft.

IN pursuance of the power and authority conferred upon
me by section 2 of “The Towns Main Streets Act,
1902,” I, Thomas Young Duncan, Minister of Lands, do
hereby authorise the laying-off of Devon Street, Wylie
Street, Ruihi Street, Herewini Street, and Lytton Street,
in the Town of Kingwell, Auckland Land District, of a
width of 66 ft., instead of 99 ft. as prescribed by section 17
of “The Land Act, 1892.”
