No. 26. An Act to vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Burgesses of the Borough of Gore a certain Athenæum Reserve in the Town of Gore.

An Act to authorise the Otago Dock Trust to contract with His Majesty the King, or with any other Person or Persons or Body Corporate, for the Construction and Maintenance and Working of an Electric Installation at Port Chalmers for lighting the Wharves and Docks, and for other Private and Public Purposes in the Borough of Port Chalmers.

An Act to empower the Mayor, Councillors, and Burgesses of the Borough of Whangarei to repay to the Ratepayers of the said Borough all Moneys collected from them by way of Separate Rate for the Purpose of purchasing certain Property in the Borough of Whangarei known as the “Kensington Park.”

No. 29. An Act to empower the Oamaru Harbour Board to borrow Seventeen Thousand Pounds.
