NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership which has for some time past been carried on by BRIAN MOLONEY REARDON and ROBERT COLBURN WRIGHT, under the firm of “Reardon and Wright,” at Napier, in the trade or business of Merchant Tailors and Outfitters, has been dissolved by mutual consent as from the 26th day of March, 1904.
The business will in future be carried on at Napier, under the old firm-name, by the said Robert Colburn Wright, and all the debts and liabilities of the late partnership will be paid by him; and all debts and accounts due to the late partnership have been assigned to and must be paid to him, and his receipt will be a good discharge for the same.

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO DIVERT MAIN LEITH VALLEY ROAD AND TO TAKE LANDS REQUIRED THEREFOR.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Maori Hill Borough Council have resolved and propose, pursuant to the provisions of “The Municipal Corporations Act, 1900,” and the amendments thereof, to divert the Main Leith Valley Road in Sections 1 of 73 and 2 of 71, Block XI., North Harbour and Blueskin District, and for that purpose to take, under the provisions of the said Acts and “The Public Works Act, 1894,” and the amendments thereof, the lands specified in the Schedule hereto.
And notice is hereby further given that a plan showing the land required to be taken, and the names of the owners and occupiers of such land so far as they can be ascertained, is deposited at Mrs. Gould’s store, Woodhaugh, in the Borough of Maori Hill, and is open for inspection by all persons at all reasonable hours; and the Council calls upon all persons affected to set forth in writing any well-grounded objections to the execution of such work or to the taking of such lands, and to send such writing within forty days from the first publication of this notice to the Council, addressed to the Town Clerk thereof.
THE SCHEDULE.
First: All that parcel of land, containing 11·5 poles, be the same a little more or less, being part of Section 2 of 71, Block XI., North Harbour and Blueskin District: bounded towards the south-east by part of Section 4, Block X., 55 links; towards the south-west and north-west by other parts of the said Section 2 of 27, 97·7 links and 100 links; and towards the north-east by a road-line, 183·3 links.
Secondly: All that parcel of land, containing 5·7 poles, be the same a little more or less, being part of Section 1 of 73, Block XI., North Harbour and Blueskin District: bounded towards the north-east by part of Section 4, Block X., 30 links; towards the south-east by a road-line, 123 links; towards the west and north-west by other parts of said Section 1 of 73, 74 links and 63 links.
