Hill Mining Company (Limited), do solemnly and sincerely

affairs of the said company on the 31st December, 1903;
and I make this solemn declaration conscientiously believing
the same to be true, and by virtue of “The Justices of the
Peace Act, 1882.”

MONOWAI GOLD-MINES (LIMITED).
At an extraordinary general meeting of the shareholders
of the above company, duly convened, and held in
the Religious Institution Rooms, 200, Buchanan Street,
Glasgow, on the 16th day of February, 1904, the following
special resolution was duly passed, and at a subsequent ex-
traordinary general meeting of the members of the said
company, also duly convened, and held at the same place
on the 7th day of March, 1904, the following resolution was
duly confirmed:—
That, in view of the unprofitable result of the operations
at the mines, and that the capital subscribed has been found
insufficient for working them on a profitable basis, the com-
pany be put into voluntary liquidation, in conformity with
section 129, subsection (2), of “The Companies Act, 1862”;
and that Mr. Robert Paterson, C.A., of 105, West George
Street, Glasgow, be and is hereby appointed Liquidator to
carry the same into effect.
