Proclaiming the Taking of Lands for a Road in Block IV., Kawhia South Survey District, Kawhia County.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers conferred by section thirteen of “The Land Act, 1892,” and its amendments, I, Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, with the consent of the lessees of the lands hereinafter mentioned, do by this notice hereby proclaim as a road the lands mentioned in the Schedule hereto.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right Honourable Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly; Knight Grand Cross of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George; Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over His Majesty’s Colony of New Zealand and its Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the said Colony, at the Government House, at Wellington, this thirteenth day of April, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and four.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the one-hundred-and-sixty-second section of “The Land Act, 1892,” and of all other powers and authorities enabling me in this behalf, I, Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the block of land described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby set apart and declared open for special improved-farm settlement.

SCHEDULE.

KAKEPUKU IMPROVED-FARM SPECIAL SETTLEMENT.

ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 2,738 acres, more or less, being Sections Nos. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, Block V., Sections Nos. 1 and 3, Block VI., Sections Nos. 3, 4, 5, 6, Block IX., and Section No. 2, Block X., Puniu Survey District, Kawhia County.

Cancelling a Proclamation taking Lands for a Public Road in Tokatoka Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers conferred by section twenty-two, subsection one, of “The Public Works Act, 1894,” and of all other powers and authorities enabling me in this behalf, I, Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do by this notice hereby cancel and annul the Proclamation, dated the twenty-first day of November, one thousand nine hundred and two, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 98, page 2553, of the twenty-first day of November, one thousand nine hundred and two, taking lands for a public road in Block VII., Tokatoka, and Blocks VII., III., and IV., Okahu Survey District, and such Proclamation shall be absolutely void and of none effect from the date of the same.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right Honourable Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly; Knight Grand Cross of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George; Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over His Majesty’s Colony of New Zealand and its Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the said Colony, at the Government House, at Wellington, this fifteenth day of April, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and four.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers conferred by section thirteen of “The Land Act, 1892,” I, Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do by this notice hereby proclaim as closed the road in the Wangaehu Survey District hereinafter described.

Approximate Area of Portion of Road closed. Being through or fronting Section Situated in Block Situated in Survey District of Shown on Plan Coloured on Plan
A. R. P. 7 0 0 { LII. LIV. } XIV. XV. Wangaehu R. 5620 Green.

In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked and coloured as above mentioned, deposited in the office of the Chief Engineer of Roads, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District.
