Proclaiming the Taking of Land for a Road in Block VIII.,
Awamoko Survey District, Otago Land District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers conferred by
section thirteen of “The Land Act, 1892,” I, Uchter
John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly, the Governor of the Colony
of New Zealand, with the consent of the Waitaki High
School Board and lessees of the land hereinafter men-
tioned, and with the consent of the Waitaki County Council,
being the local authority in whose district the said land is
situated, do by this notice hereby proclaim as a road the
land mentioned in the Schedule hereto.

ticularly delineated on the plan marked as above men-
tioned, deposited in the District Office of the Department
of Lands and Survey at Dunedin, in the Otago Land Dis-
trict, and thereon coloured as above noted.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right
Honourable Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly;
Knight Grand Cross of the Most Distinguished
Order of Saint Michael and Saint George;
Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over
His Majesty’s Colony of New Zealand and its
Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the
said Colony, at the Government House, at Wel-
ington, this eleventh day of April, in the year
of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and
four.

John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly, the Governor of the Colony
of New Zealand, do by this notice hereby proclaim as closed
the road hereinafter described, that is to say,—
