Valuation Rolls for certain Special Districts to be revised as at 31st March, 1904.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House, at Wellington, this eighth day of March, 1904.
Present:
His Excellency the Governor in Council.
IN pursuance and exercise of the power and authority vested in him by “The Government Valuation of Land Act Amendment Act, 1900,” His Excellency the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said colony, doth hereby order and direct that the district valuation rolls for the special districts enumerated in the Schedule hereto shall be revised by the Valuer-General as at the thirty-first day of March, one thousand nine hundred and four.

WHEREAS by section eleven of “The Mining Act, 1898,” it is enacted that the Governor may from time to time, as he thinks fit, by Order in Council, appoint fit persons to be Wardens, who shall hold office during the Governor’s pleasure:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority conferred by the said section eleven of “The Mining Act, 1898,” and by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said colony, doth hereby appoint
EDWARD CLARE BLOMFIELD, Esquire,
to be a Warden, to hold and exercise the duties of such office under and subject to the provisions of the said Act during pleasure, on and from the first day of April, one thousand nine hundred and four.
