A PROCLAMATION.

I N pursuance and in exercise of the powers conferred by
section thirteen of “The Land Act, 1892,” I, Uchter
John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly, the Governor of the Colony
of New Zealand, do by this notice hereby proclaim as closed
the road in the Takaka Survey District hereinafter de-
scribed.

Approximate Area of the Portion of Road closed. Being through Section Situated in Block Situated in Survey District of Shown on Plan Coloured on Plan
A. R. P. 1 0 30 4 IV. Takaka R. 4892 Green.

All in the Nelson Land District; as the same are more
particularly delineated on the plan marked and coloured
as above noted, and deposited in the office of the Chief
Engineer of Roads, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land
District.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right
Honourable Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly;
Knight Grand Cross of the Most Distinguished
Order of Saint Michael and Saint George;
Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over
His Majesty’s Colony of New Zealand and its
Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the
said Colony, at the Government House, at Wel-
ington, this twenty-fourth day of February, in
the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred
and four.

the road in the Paparoa Parish hereinafter described, that
is to say,—

of Lands and Survey, at Auckland, in the Auckland Land
District.
