said colony, doth hereby order and declare that the roads described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, be county roads.
SCHEDULE.
TUAKAU-RAGLAN ROAD.
ALL that portion of the Tuakau-Raglan Road, in the Auckland Land District, Raglan County, commencing at the southern boundary of Section 128, Parish of Onewhero, Block XI., Onewhero Survey District, and running in a southerly direction through the Opuatia Blocks in Blocks XI. and XV., Onewhero Survey District; through Section 92 and along boundaries of Sections 99 and 91, Block III., through Section 120, &c., Block IV., Sections 32, 33, 34, 25, &c., Block VIII., Sections 26, 52, 86, &c., Block XII., Sections 88, 185, 198, 180, Block XVI., Awaroa Survey District; thence through Sections 217, 213, 1, &c., to its junction with the Otorohaea Trig. Road in Section 219, Block IV., Whangaroa Survey District: as the same is delineated on plan marked R. 5161L, deposited in the office of the Chief Engineer of Roads, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, thereon coloured red and marked A.E.
LAWSON'S HILL ROAD.
All that road known as Lawson's Hill Road, in the Auckland Land District, Raglan County, commencing at its junction with the Tuakau-Raglan Road, in Block XV., Onewhero Survey District, and running generally in a south-westerly direction through the Opuatia Nos. 5B and 6A Blocks, and Section 90, Block XV., through Sections 101, 105, Block XIV., Onewhero Survey District, and terminating at its junction with the Matakitaki Road, on the northern boundary of Section 98, Block II., Awaroa Survey District; as the same is delineated on plan marked R. 5161L, deposited in the office of the Chief Engineer of Roads, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured blue and marked B.H.
HUNTLY-KAHUHURU ROAD.
All that portion of the Huntly-Kahuhuru Road, in the Auckland Land District, Raglan County, commencing at the western side of the Huntly ferry across the Waikato River, and running in a south-westerly direction through Sections 39, 9, 59, &c., Block XV., Sections 66, 87, &c., Block XIV., Section 201, &c., Pepepe Parish, Block XIII., Rangiriri Survey District; thence along or near the boundary of Sections 10 and 24, Block I., Newcastle Survey District, to its junction with the Otorohaea Trig. Road on the southern boundary of the last-mentioned Section 24: as the same is delineated on the plan marked R. 5161L, deposited in the office of the Chief Engineer of Roads, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, thereon coloured green and marked H.F.
OTOROHAEA TRIG. ROAD.
All that portion of the Otorohaea Trig. Road, in the Auckland Land District, Raglan County, commencing at its junction with the Tuakau-Raglan Main Road in Section 219, and running easterly through the aforesaid Section 219, Block IV., Whaingaroa Survey District, and along or near the boundaries of Sections 210, 11, 24, 25, 9, Block I., Newcastle Survey District, all in the Parish of Pepepe, to its junction with the Waingaro-Ngaruawahia Road at the finger-post near the south-western corner of the aforesaid Section 9; as the same is delineated on the plan marked R. 5161L, deposited in the office of the Chief Engineer of Roads, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, thereon coloured blue and marked E.G.
AWAROA BLOCK XI. ROAD.
All that portion of the Awaroa Block XI. Road, in the Auckland Land District, Raglan County, commencing at its junction with the Tuakau-Raglan Road in Section 26 of the Parish of Whangape, Block XII., and running in a south-westerly direction through that section aforesaid, and along or through Sections 139, 128, 137, Block XI., Awaroa Survey District, to the north boundary of Section 70, Block XI., Awaroa Survey District; as the same is delineated on the plan marked R. 5161L, deposited in the office of the Chief Engineer of Roads, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, thereon coloured green and marked D.J.
WAIPA BLOCK XI. ROAD.
All that portion of the Waipa Block XI. Road, in the Auckland Land District, Raglan County, extending from its junction with the Waingaro-Raglan Road on the southern boundary of Section 72, Waipa Parish, in a north-westerly direction through Section 72 and along or near the boundary of Section 130 to the south-eastern corner of Section 121, Waipa Parish, Block XI., Whaingaroa Survey District; as the same is delineated on the plan marked R. 5161L, deposited in the office of the Chief Engineer of Roads, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured green and marked P.Q.
PURIRIS-HUNTLY ROAD.
All that part of the Puriris-Huntly Road, in the Auckland Land District, Raglan County, extending from the north-west corner of Section 202, Parish of Pepepe, Block XIII., Rangiriri Survey District, in a north-easterly direction through Sections 202, 204, 212, Whangape Parish, through the Whangape Kauri-gum Reserve, Blocks XIV., X., XI., along or near the boundaries of Sections 33, 30, 28, 24, and 16, Parish of Pepepe, Block XI., Rangiriri Survey District, to its junction with the Huntly West-Rangiriri Road in the last-mentioned Section 16; as the same is delineated on the plan marked R. 5161L, deposited in the office of the Chief Engineer of Roads, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, thereon coloured blue and marked N.O.
“BOTHWELL BRIDGE TO BARTON'S” ROAD.
All that portion of road known as “Bothwell Bridge to Barton's,” in the Auckland Land District, Raglan County, commencing at its junction with the Tuakau-Raglan Main Road, on the northern boundary of Section 27, Block VII., Awaroa Survey District, and running in a south-westerly direction along or near the boundaries of Sections 27, 31, 30, 28, 11, 12, 13, 19, Block VII., thence to a point about half a mile beyond the Ahuroa Trig. Station in Section 126, Whangape Parish, Block XI., Awaroa Survey District; as the same is delineated on the plan marked R. 5161L, deposited in the office of the Chief Engineer of Roads, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, thereon coloured blue and marked C.K.
BREGMEN'S LANDING-MERCER PUNT ROAD.
All that road known as the Bregmen's Landing-Mercer Punt Road, in the Auckland Land District, Raglan County, commencing at its junction with the Glen Murray-Churchill Road in Section 27, Parish of Whangape, Block IV., Whangariri Survey District, and running in a northerly direction through the aforesaid Section 27, through Section 29, thence through the Opuatia No. 3A Block, and along or near the boundaries of Sections 9, 3, &c., Block XIII., Maramarua Survey District, Sections 7, 4, 3, Block XVI., Sections 10, 8, 6, 1, 48, 45, Block XII., through Sections 4 and 3, Block VIII., through Section 30A², and along the boundaries of Sections 58, 78, Block V., to its termination on the western side of Mercer Punt in Section 60, Parish of Onewhero, Block I., Maramarua Survey District; as the same is delineated on the plan marked R. 5161L, deposited in the office of the Chief Engineer of Roads, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, thereon coloured green and marked M.L.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House, at Wellington, this fourth day of January, 1904.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers vested in him by “The Public Works Act, 1894,” and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said colony, doth hereby order and declare that the road known as the Wharau-Kaiwhata Road, described in the Schedule hereto, shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, be a county road.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that road in the Wellington Land District, commencing at its junction with the Gladstone-East Coast Road, in Section 269, Block VIII., Wainuioru Survey District, and proceeding through the said section generally easterly between Sections 4 and 5 and 1, 2, and 3 of Block VIII., Wainuioru Survey District, thence between Sections 4 and 2 and 3, Block IV., Kaiwhata Survey District, to its junction with the Kaiwhata-iti or Little Kaiwhata Stream at the south-eastern boundary of Section 4, Block IV., Kaiwhata Survey District, in the County of Wairarapa South; as the same is delineated on the plan marked R. 5161x, deposited in the office of the Chief Engineer of Roads, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and coloured thereon pink and blue, and marked A.B.C.
