In the matter of “The Companies Act, 1882”; and in the matter of the New Garibaldi Gold-dredging Company (Limited).
NOTICE is hereby given that at an extraordinary general meeting of the above company, held at the registered office of the company, 13, Exchange Court, Princes Street, Dunedin, on Tuesday, 6th day of October, 1903, at 8 o’clock in the evening, the following extraordinary resolution was passed, viz.:—
“That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same; accordingly that the company be wound up voluntarily under ‘The Companies Act, 1882,’ and its amendments.”
And at the same meeting DAVID LESLIE, of Dunedin, Accountant, was appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up.
