to be an Inspector of Weights and Measures, under “The Weights and Measures Act, 1868,” and the Acts amending the same, for the Counties of Geraldine, Waimate, Levels, and Mackenzie, and all boroughs therein, vice Sergeant Warring.

Arrangements for First Elections, &c., Waiatarua Land-drainage District.

to be Returning Officer for the purpose of conducting the first election of five members of the Waiatarua Land-drainage District, as constituted under “The Land-drainage Act, 1893”; also to appoint Monday, the 16th day of November, 1903, to be the date, and the office of the Mount Wellington Road Board, Ellerslie, to be the place, for holding such election; also to appoint Tuesday, the 17th day of November, 1903, at half-past 2 o’clock p.m., to be the time, and the office of the Mount Wellington Road Board, Ellerslie, to be the place, at which the first meeting of Trustees shall be held.
