Postmaster appointed to take and receive Statutory Declarations.

Pursuant to the authority conferred upon me by the eighth section of “The Justices of the Peace Act Amendment Act, 1888,” I, Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby notify and declare that

JOSEPH CUTTANCE,

being a person holding the office of Postmaster, under “The Post Office Act, 1900,” at Okura, is authorised to take and receive statutory declarations under the two-hundred-and-thirty-fourth section of “The Justices of the Peace Act, 1882.”

As witness my hand, this twenty-second day of September, one thousand nine hundred and three.
