Postmasters appointed to take and receive Statutory Declarations.
PURSUANT to the authority conferred upon me by the eighth section of “The Justices of the Peace Act Amendment Act, 1888,” I, Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby notify and declare that the persons named in the Schedule hereto, being persons holding the office of Postmaster, under “The Post Office Act, 1900,” at the places set opposite their names respectively in the said Schedule, are authorised to take and receive statutory declarations under the two-hundred-and-thirty-fourth section of “The Justices of the Peace Act, 1882.”
