NOTICE is hereby given, in pursuance of section 202 of “The Companies Act, 1882,” that a General Meeting of the members of the abovenamed company will be held at the office of the Liquidator, 99, Princes Street, Dunedin, on Monday, the 23rd day of March, 1903, at 4 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of having an account laid before them showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator; and also of determining by extraordinary resolution the manner in which the books, accounts, and documents of the company and of the Liquidator thereof shall be disposed of.

THE JUBILEE GOLD-MINING COMPANY (LIMITED).

NOTICE OF INCREASE OF CAPITAL.

I, THE undersigned, Manager, hereby give notice that an increase in the capital of the abovenamed company was on the 20th day of January, 1903, resolved on.

The mode adopted for the increase is by issuing 3,400 new shares of £1 each, in addition to the 8,600 shares now existing in the company.
