of “The Companies Act, 1882,” a General Meeting
of the company will be held at the office of J. Rattray and
Son, Bond Street, Dunedin, on Friday, the 23rd day of
October, 1903, at 3 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose
of having an account laid before them showing the manner
in which such winding-up has been conducted and the pro-
perty of the company disposed of, and for hearing any

LAGHAN and ROBERT WILSON, carrying on business as Black-
smiths and Wheelwrights at Alexandra, under the style or
firm of “Callaghan and Wilson,” has this day been dissolved
by mutual consent. All debts due to the late firm must be
paid before the thirty-first of August to the said Denis
Callaghan, who will continue the said business in his own
name at the premises of the late firm in Crookhaven Street,
Alexandra.

the style of “The American Dental Chambers,” in Hanover
Street, Dunedin, as the Makers of Artificial Teeth by the
said Alfred George Terry, and other work in connection with
dentistry, and of Dentist by the said Robert Scott, was this
day dissolved by mutual consent. All debts payable to the
partnership are to be paid to the said Alfred George Terry,
who will pay and settle all demands thereon.

NETTLETON, carrying on business together at Mangaweka
as Newspaper Proprietors and Commission Agents, has been
this day dissolved by mutual consent. All debts due to or
owing by the late firm will be received by or paid to the
undersigned Charles Willie Nettleton and Michael John
Reardon, who have purchased the said business, and will
carry the same on in partnership under the style of “Nettle-
ton and Reardon,” at Mangaweka aforesaid.
