NOTICE is hereby given that the undermentioned dividends are now payable at my office, Wanganui, on all proved and admitted claims:—

MINING NOTICES.

GROGAN’S POINT GOLD-DREDGING COMPANY, CARDRONA (LIMITED), (IN LIQUIDATION).

NOTICE is hereby given, in pursuance of section 202 of “The Companies Act, 1882,” that a General Meeting of the shareholders of the above-named company will be held at the registered office of the company, No. 14, Bond Street, Dunedin, on Monday, the 26th day of October, 1903, at 2 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of having an account laid before them showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the company disposed of, and hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator, and also determining by extraordinary resolution the manner in which the books, accounts, and documents of the company, and of the liquidation thereof, shall be disposed of.

CROWN DIAMONDS GOLD-DREDGING COMPANY (LIMITED).

NOTICE is hereby given, in pursuance of section 202 of “The Companies Act, 1882,” that a General Meeting of the members of the above-named company will be held at the office of the Liquidator, 17, High Street, Dunedin, on Friday, the 23rd day of October, 1903, at 3 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of having an account laid before them showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator; and also of determining by extraordinary resolution the manner in which the books, accounts, and documents of the company and of the Liquidator thereof shall be disposed of.

In the matter of the Moonlight Sluicing Company (Limited).

AT an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders of the above-named company, duly convened, and held at the registered office of the company, Colonial Mutual Buildings, Princes and High Streets, Dunedin, on Monday, the 20th day of July, 1903, the following resolution was passed:—
“That it has been proved to the satisfaction of the company that it cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and that the company be wound up accordingly.”
At the same meeting RICHARD THOMAS WHEELER, Junior, of Dunedin, Accountant, was appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up.
