A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS it has been found desirable for the use, convenience, and enjoyment of the Whangarei–Grahamtown extension of the Kawakawa–Grahamtown Railway to take further land in the Township of Grahamtown in addition to land previously acquired for the purposes of the said railway:
Now, therefore, I, Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred on me by sections twenty-eight and one hundred and sixty-seven of “The Public Works Act, 1894,” and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land mentioned in the Schedule hereto is taken for the purposes above mentioned.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS the lands mentioned in the Schedule hereto are required to be taken, under “The Public Works Act, 1894,” for a certain work, to wit, for the purposes of a road in Whangarei County:
And whereas the Whangarei County Council has laid before the Governor a memorial, accompanied by a map,
and also the statutory declaration required by “The Public Works Act, 1894”:
Now, therefore, I, Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, in exercise and pursuance of the powers and authorities in me vested by “The Public Works Act, 1894,” and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in that behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare that from and after the date of the publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette the lands mentioned in the Schedule hereto are hereby taken for the purposes of the said road.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS the land mentioned in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken, under “The Public Works Act, 1894,” for a certain public work, to wit, the construction of a road in Block XIII., Ohinemuri Survey District:
And whereas all conditions precedent required by law to be observed and performed prior to the issue of this Proclamation have been observed and performed:
Now, therefore, I, Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, in exercise and pursuance of the powers and authorities in me vested by “The Public Works Act, 1894,” and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim that the land mentioned in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of the construction of the said road, and it is hereby declared that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twentieth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and three.
