Land in Otago Land District withdrawn from Lease as Village Settlements.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the sixth section of “The Land Act, 1892,” and of every other power and authority enabling me in that behalf, I, Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby revoke the Proclamation of the twenty-eighth day of April, one thousand eight hundred and ninety-four, in so far as it relates to the section of land described in the Schedule hereto, and do declare that, from and after the day of the date hereof, the said section is hereby withdrawn from lease as a village settlement.

SECTION No. 6, Block X., Woodland Survey District.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right Honourable Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly; Knight Grand Cross of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George; Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over His Majesty’s Colony of New Zealand and its Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the said Colony, at the Government House, at Wellington, this twenty-eighth day of July, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and three.

Revoking the Setting-apart of Land for Leasing as a Small Grazing-run in the Wellington Land District.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the sixth section of “The Land Act, 1892,” I, Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby declare that from and after the day of the date hereof the Proclamation of the third day of December, one thousand eight hundred and eighty-five, setting apart lands in Wellington Land District for leasing as small grazing-runs, is hereby revoked in so far as it relates to the land described in the Schedule hereto.
