land in the Southland Land District described in the Schedule hereunder written, for the purpose in the said Schedule specified at the end of the description of the land so intended to be temporarily reserved.

SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Southland Land District, containing by admeasurement 1 rood, more or less, being Section No. 5, Block XLIV., Borough of Invercargill. Bounded towards the north by Tyne Street, towards the east by Section No. 6, towards the south by Section No. 18, and towards the west by Section No. 4: as the same is delineated on the plan marked S.G. 50710, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red. For the use of the Department of Agriculture.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this sixteenth day of July, one thousand nine hundred and three.

RANFURLY, Governor.
WHEREAS by the two-hundred-and-thirty-fifth section of “The Land Act, 1892,” it is enacted that the Governor may from time to time, either by general or particular description, and whether the same has been surveyed or not, reserve from sale temporarily, notwithstanding that the same may be then held under pastoral license, any Crown lands which in his opinion are required for any of the purposes in the said section mentioned:
Now, therefore, I, Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, in exercise and pursuance of the powers and authorities vested in me by the said Act, do hereby temporarily reserve from sale the land in the Otago Land District described in the Schedule hereunder written, for the purpose in the said Schedule specified at the end of the description of the land so intended to be temporarily reserved.

SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Otago Land District, containing by admeasurement 19 perches, more or less, being Section No. 12, Block IV., Town of Hull. Bounded towards the north by Crown land, towards the south-east by Wakefield Street, and towards the south-west by Tees Street: as the same is delineated on the plan marked S.G. 50702, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon bordered red. For a site for a public hall.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this sixteenth day of July, one thousand nine hundred and three.

Bounded towards the north by Section No. 9, towards the east by Java Road, towards the south by Danube Road, and towards the west by a public road: as the same is delineated on the plan marked S.G. 50645, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon bordered red. For a quarry reserve.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this sixteenth day of July, one thousand nine hundred and three.

SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Southland Land District, containing by admeasurement 55 acres, more or less, being Section No. 20, Block XI., Paterson Survey District. Bounded by a line commencing at a point on the eastern shore of Glory Cove, Paterson Inlet, the said point being distant 1500 links east and 4400 links south of Trig. Station H in said block, and proceeding thence due east to the ocean; towards the east by the ocean to a point 3000 links due south from the northern boundary-line; thence towards the south by a line due west to the shore of Glory Cove aforesaid; and towards the west generally by the shore of said Glory Cove to the point of commencement. For a scenic reserve.
All that area in the Southland Land District, containing by admeasurement 240 acres, more or less, being Section No. 21, Block XI., Paterson Survey District. Bounded by a line commencing at a point on the western shore of Glory Cove, the said point being distant 7400 links south and 7000 links west of Trig. Station H in said block, and proceeding thence due west to South-west Bay; towards the north-west generally by the said South-west Bay and Paterson Inlet; and towards the south-east generally by said Glory Cove to the point of commencement. For a scenic reserve.
All that area in the Southland Land District, containing by admeasurement 70 acres, more or less, being Section No. 22, Block XI., and Section No. 1, Block IX., Paterson Survey District. Bounded by a line commencing at a point on the eastern shore of South-west Bay, the said point being distant 10400 links north and 3700 links east of Trig. Station P in Block IX. of said district, and proceeding thence in a south-easterly direction 3000 links; thence south-westerly by a line at right angles to the last-mentioned boundary-line, 4000 links; thence north-westerly by a line at right angles to the last-mentioned boundary-line, 2000 links to the shore of said South-west Bay; and thence northerly along the shore of said South-west Bay to the point of commencement: and including the adjacent islands. For a scenic reserve.
All that area in the Southland Land District, containing by admeasurement 70 acres, more or less, being Section No. 2, Block IX., Paterson Survey District. Bounded by a line commencing at a point on the southern shore of South-west Bay, the said point being distant 5000 links north and 200 links west of Trig. Station P in the said block, and proceeding thence in a south-easterly direction 2000 links; thence south-westerly by a line at right angles to the last-mentioned boundary-line, 4000 links; thence north-westerly by a line at right angles to the last-mentioned boundary-line, 2500 links, to the shore of South-west Bay aforesaid; and thence northerly by the shore of said South-west Bay to the point of commencement. For a scenic reserve.
All that area in the Southland Land District, containing by admeasurement 55 acres, more or less, being Section No. 1, Block VI., Paterson Survey District. Bounded by a line commencing at a point on the southern shore of Paterson Inlet, the said point being distant 19000 links north and 2300 links east of Trig.
