Proclaiming Road as closed through Land in Block XVI.,
Waitemata Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers conferred by
section thirteen of “The Land Act, 1892,” I, Uchter
John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly, the Governor of the Colony
of New Zealand, do by this notice hereby proclaim as
closed the road in Block XVI., Waitemata Survey District,
hereinafter described, that is to say,—

As the same are delineated upon the plan marked and
coloured as above mentioned, deposited in the office of the
Chief Engineer of Roads, at Wellington, in the Wellington
Land District.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right
Honourable Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly;
Knight Grand Cross of the Most Distinguished
Order of Saint Michael and Saint George;
Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over
His Majesty’s Colony of New Zealand and its
Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of
the said Colony, at the Government House, at
Wellington, this thirteenth day of January, in
the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred
and three.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers conferred by
section thirteen of “The Land Act, 1892,” I, Uchter
John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly, the Governor of the Colony
of New Zealand, with the consents of the owners of the
land hereinafter mentioned, and with the consent of the
Mount Eden Road Board, being the local authority in
whose district the said land is situated, do by this notice
hereby proclaim as taken for a road the land in the Waitemata Survey District hereinafter described, that is to say,—

Approximate Area of the Parcels of Land taken. Being Portion of Sections No. Situated in Block Situated in Survey District of Shown on Plan marked Coloured on Plan
A. R. P. 0 0 3·9 105, Suburban Section VI. XVI., Suburbs of Auckland Waitemata R. 4301 Pink.

In the Land District of Auckland; as the same are more
particularly delineated on plan marked and coloured as
above noted, deposited in the office of the Chief Engineer
of Roads, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District.
