Special Order re Noxious Weeds.
Notice is hereby given that the following special order was made on Monday, 6th April, 1903, and confirmed on Wednesday, 3rd June, 1903:—
“That it be a special order that the ox-eye daisy be declared a noxious weed within the meaning of ‘The Noxious Weeds Act, 1900,’ in the district under the jurisdiction of the Manganui Road Board.”
I hereby certify that the above special order was duly made in accordance with the provisions of “The Road Boards Act, 1882.”

MANGANUI ROAD BOARD.
Special Order for Radnor Road Loan of £300.
Notice is hereby given that the following special order was made on Monday, 4th May, 1903, and confirmed on Wednesday, 3rd June, 1903:—
“In pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by ‘The Road Boards Act, 1882,’ and ‘The Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1901,’ the Manganui Road Board hereby resolves as follows: That, for the purpose of providing the interest and other charges on a loan of £300 authorised to be raised by the Manganui Road Board, under the provisions of ‘The Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1901,’ for the purpose of forming and metalling the upper portion of the Radnor Road from the end of the present westwards, £50 of the said loan to be spent west of the Barclay Road to give access to Section 35, Block XVI., Egmont Survey District; to pay out of such loan the cost of raising it; the said Manganui Road Board hereby makes and levies a special rate of 4d. in the pound upon the rateable valuation of all the rateable property in the Radnor Road Special-rating District, comprising Sections 33, 35, 36, 37, Block XVI., Egmont Survey District; and that such special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and be payable on the 1st day of January and the 1st day of July in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of twenty-six years, or until the loan is fully paid off, the rate of interest to be 4½ per cent. per annum.”
I hereby certify that the above special order was duly made in accordance with “The Road Boards Act, 1882.”

Notice is hereby given that the following special order was made on Monday, the 4th May, 1903, and confirmed on Wednesday, the 3rd June, 1903:—
“In pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by ‘The Road Boards Act, 1882,’ and ‘The Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1901,’ the Manganui Road Board hereby resolves as follows: That for the purpose of providing the interest and other charges on a loan of £250, authorised to be raised by the Manganui Road Board, under the provisions of ‘The Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1901,’ for the purpose of forming and metalling portion of the Salisbury Road, from the Tariki Road southwards, in conjunction with the Moa Road Board; to pay out of such loan the cost of raising it; the said Manganui Road Board hereby makes and levies a special rate of 3½d. in the pound upon the rateable valuation of all the rateable property in the Salisbury Road Special-rating District, comprising Sections part 1 (120 acres 2 roods), 9, 10, Block X., Huiroa Survey District; and that such special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and be payable half-yearly on the 1st day of January and the 1st day of July in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of twenty-six years, or until the loan is fully paid off; the rate of interest to be 4½ per cent. per annum.”
