Proclaiming the Taking of Land for Mangaehu Road, in Block II., Omona Survey District, Stratford County.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers conferred by section thirteen of “The Land Act, 1892,” and its amendments, I, Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, with the consent of the lessees and mortgagees of the lands hereinafter mentioned, and with the consent of the Stratford County Council, being the local authority in whose district the said lands are situated, do by this notice hereby proclaim as a road the lands mentioned in the Schedule hereto.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right Honourable Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly; Knight Grand Cross of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George; Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over His Majesty’s Colony of New Zealand and its Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the said Colony, at the Government House, at Wellington, this second day of June, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and three.

IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers conferred by section thirteen of “The Land Act, 1892,” and its amendments, I, Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, with the consent of the owners and of the mortgagee of the lands hereinafter mentioned, and with the consent of the Pukekohe East Road Board, being the local authority in whose district the said lands are situated, do by this notice hereby proclaim as taken for a road the lands in Drury Survey District hereinafter described, that is to say,—

ERRATUM.—To Proclamation taking land for Hutt River protection purposes, and published in New Zealand Gazette No. 45, page 1337, of 4th instant, after the words “out of the said land,” add the words “and such lands shall vest in the Hutt River Board.”
