In the matter of “The* Companies Act, 1882,” and its
amendments; and in the matter of the Egmont Gold-
dredging Company (Limited).

A T an extraordinary general meeting of the abovenamed
company, duly convened, and held at Manaiia on the
4th day of April, 1903, the following special resolution was
duly passed, and at a subsequent extraordinary general
meeting of the members of the said company, also duly
convened, and held at the same place on the 21st day of
April, 1903, the following resolution was duly confirmed:—
“ That the company be wound up voluntarily.”
And at such last-mentioned meeting Robert William
Hornby, of Manaiia, Chemist, was appointed Liquidator for
the purposes of the winding-up.

In the matter of the Bonanza Gold-dredging Company
(Limited).

A T an extraordinary general meeting of the members of
the abovenamed company, held at Dunedin on Monday,
the 30th day of March, 1903, the following special resolu-
tions were passed:—

  1. “That the company be wound up voluntarily under
    the provisions of ‘The Companies Act, 1882,’ and its
    amendments.”
  2. “That David Larnach be appointed Liquidator for the
    purpose of such winding-up.”
    And at a subsequent extraordinary general meeting held at
    Dunedin on Friday, the 17th day of April, 1903, the above
    special resolutions were confirmed.

THE OKARITO AND FIVE-MILE GOLD-DREDGING
COMPANY (LIMITED).

N OTICE is hereby given that at an extraordinary
general meeting, duly convened, and held at the
registered office of the company, at Johnston Street, Wel-
ington, on Friday, the 13th day of June, 1902, the subjoined
extraordinary resolution was duly passed: “That, it being
proved to the satisfaction of the company that the company
cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, this
meeting resolves that it is advisable to wind up the same
voluntarily.”
It was further resolved, “That Mr. G. C. Carter be ap-
pointed Liquidator.”
And notice is hereby given that, by order of the Supreme
Court dated the 21st day of April, 1903, Charles Edmund
Fabian, of the City of Wellington, Sharebroker and Agent,
was appointed Liquidator in substitution for the above-
named G. C. Carter.
