LAND TRANSFER ACT NOTICES.

APPLICATION having been made to me for the issue of a provisional certificate of title in the name of the PUBLIC TRUSTEE for part of Lot 2 on deposited Plan No. 104 of Section 341, City of Wellington, being the land comprised in certificate of title, Vol. xlv., folio 39, and evidence having been lodged of the loss of the said certificate of title, I hereby give notice that I will issue the provisional certificate of title as requested unless caveat be lodged forbidding the same on or before the 7th day of May, 1903.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership hitherto subsisting between ALBERT MEREDITH CHIVERS and SAMUEL HOLDEN HOWIE as Cycle Manufacturers and Importers, at Auckland, has been this day dissolved by mutual consent. The said Albert Meredith Chivers retires from the business, which will be continued by the said Samuel Holden Howie on the same premises, under the style of “Chivers and Howie.” All debts owing to or by the late firm will be received and paid by the said Samuel Holden Howie.

NOTICE is hereby given that at an extraordinary general meeting, duly convened, and held at J. J. K. Powell’s premises, at 56, Taranaki Street, Wellington, on Tuesday, the 7th day of April, 1903, the subjoined extraordinary resolution was duly passed:—

“That it has been proved to the satisfaction of the company that the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is desirable to wind up the same, and that it be wound up accordingly.”

It was further resolved, “That Mr. John Marten Butt, of Wellington, Commission Agent, be appointed Liquidator.”

THE RANGER ROAD-SWEEPER COMPANY (LIMITED), (IN LIQUIDATION).

NOTICE is hereby given that at an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders of the above company, held at the registered office of the company, 139a, Hereford Street, Christchurch, on the 7th April, 1903, the following resolution was carried: “That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the Ranger Road-sweeper Company (Limited) cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is desirable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the company be wound up voluntarily.”

At the same meeting Mr. C. L. Russell, of 139a, Hereford Street, Christchurch, was appointed Liquidator.
