NOTICE:

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership hitherto existing between OLIVER SANDLANT, WILFRED SANDLANT, HENRY STEVENSON, and JOSEPH STEVENSON, carrying on business at Gisborne under the style of “Sandlant and Stevenson Bros.,” Blacksmiths and Coachbuilders, has been this day dissolved by mutual consent.

THE HUTT FARMERS’ MILK-SUPPLY CO-OPERATIVE ASSOCIATION (LIMITED).

NOTICE is hereby given that at a meeting of the abovenamed association, held at the Oddfellows’ Hall, Lower Hutt, on Wednesday, the 25th March, 1903, the following resolution for the liquidation of the abovenamed association was passed as an extraordinary resolution:—
“That it has been proved to the satisfaction of the company that it cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, that it is advisable to wind up the same, and that the same be wound up accordingly.”

THE NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE.

SUBSCRIPTIONS.—The subscription is at the rate of 30s. per annum, payable in advance. A less period than three months cannot be subscribed for.
Single copies of the Gazette, 6d. each.
Advertisements are charged at the rate of 6d. per line for the first insertion, and 3d. per line for the second and any subsequent insertion.
Statements under the Mining Act are uniformly charged 23s.
All advertisements should be written on one side of the paper, and signatures, &c., should be written in a legible hand.
The number of insertions required must be written across the face of the advertisement.
The New Zealand Gazette is published on Thursday evening in each week, and notices for insertion must be received by the Government Printer before three o’clock of the day preceding publication.
Communications should be addressed to the Government Printer, Wellington, to whom post-office money-orders should be made payable. Cheques should be crossed “Public a/c,” and exchange added.
Postage- or duty-stamps cannot be received in payment from any place at which postal notes or post-office orders are issued.
Prepayment may be demanded in any case. In order to prevent delay in publication a sufficient remittance should accompany every advertisement. Any surplus will be returned with receipted account.
