BANKRUPTCY NOTICE.

In Bankruptcy.—In the Supreme Court, holden at Blenheim.

NOTICE is hereby given that James Bary, of Okaramio, Clerk, was this day adjudged bankrupt; and I hereby summon a meeting of creditors, to be holden at the Courthouse, on Monday, the 20th day of April, 1903, at 3 o’clock.

MINING NOTICES.

In the matter of the Aylmer Lead Gold-dredging Company (Limited).

AT an extraordinary general meeting of the abovenamed company, duly convened, and held at the registered office of the company, High Street, Dunedin, on the 10th day of March, 1903, the following special resolution was duly passed; and at a subsequent extraordinary general meeting of the members of the said company, also duly convened, and held at the same place on the 27th day of March, 1903, the following resolution was duly confirmed, viz.:

“That the company be wound up voluntarily.”

And at such last-mentioned meeting Sidney Thorpe Mirams, of Dunedin, Accountant, was appointed Liquidator for the purposes of the winding-up.

AT an extraordinary general meeting of the abovenamed company, duly convened, and held at the registered office of the company, Vogel Street, Dunedin, on the 2nd day of March, 1903, the following special resolution was duly passed; and at a subsequent extraordinary general meeting of the members of the said company, also duly convened, and held at the same place on the 23rd day of March, 1903, the following resolution was duly confirmed, viz.:

“That the company be wound up voluntarily.”

And at such last-mentioned meeting Sidney Thorpe Mirams, of Dunedin, Accountant, was appointed Liquidator for the purposes of the winding-up.

OLD DUNSTAN GOLD-DREDGING COMPANY (LIMITED).

I HEREBY give notice that at an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders of this company held in the registered office of this company, Sunderland Street, Clyde, on Saturday, the 14th day of February, 1903, the following resolution was declared carried:

“That the Old Dunstan Gold-dredging Company (Limited) be voluntarily wound up, and that Mr. George Fache, of Clyde, Auctioneer, be appointed Liquidator at a remuneration of fifteen guineas.”

And I further give notice that at a subsequent extraordinary general meeting of the shareholders, held on Saturday, the 28th day of February, 1903, the above resolution was confirmed.

THE MAORI GULLY GOLD-DREDGING COMPANY (IN LIQUIDATION).

NOTICE is hereby given that a General Meeting of shareholders in this company will be held at Midland Chambers, Greymouth, on Thursday, 11th June, 1903, at 8 p.m., for the purpose of receiving the Liquidator’s accounts showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted, and of passing a resolution as to the disposal of the books, accounts, and documents of the company, and of the Liquidator thereof.
