Authorising the Laying-off of the Main Street in the Township of Bonithon of a Width of 82½ Feet.

IN pursuance of the power and authority conferred upon me by section 2 of “The Towns Main Streets Act, 1902,” I do hereby authorise the laying-off of the main street in the Township of Bonithon, Taranaki Land District, of a width of 82½ ft., instead of 99 ft., as prescribed by section 17 of “The Land Act, 1892.”

Notice of Intention to take Land in Blocks X. and II., Hautapu Survey District, and Blocks XIV., IX., and XIII., Ohinewairua Survey District, for Road Purposes.

NOTICE is hereby given that it is proposed, under the provisions of “The Public Works Act, 1894,” to execute a certain public work, to wit, the construction of roads in Blocks X. and II., Hautapu Survey District, and Blocks XIV., IX., and XIII., Ohinewairua Survey District, and for the purposes of such public work the land described in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken. And notice is hereby further given that the plan of the said roads and of the land so required to be taken is deposited in the Public Works Office at Taihape, and is there open for inspection; and that all persons affected by the execution of the said public work or by the taking of the said land should, if they have any well-grounded objections to the execution of the said public work or to the taking of such land, set forth the same in writing, and send such writing, within forty days from the first publication of this notice, to the Minister for Public Works, Wellington.

THE several parcels of land mentioned in list hereunder:—

All in the Land District of Wellington; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 20033, deposited in the office of the Minister for Public Works, at Wellington, in the Provincial District of Wellington, and thereon coloured as above.

NOTICE is hereby given that it is proposed, under the provisions of “The Public Works Act, 1894,” to execute a certain public work, to wit, the construction of a road in Ngaiire Survey District, and for the purposes of such public work the land described in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken. And notice is hereby further given that the plan of the said road and of the land so required to be taken is deposited in the Public Works Office, Stratford,

and is there open for inspection; and that all persons affected by the execution of the said public work or by the taking of the said land should, if they have any well-grounded objections to the execution of the said public work or to the taking of such land, set forth the same in writing, and send such writing within forty days from the first publication of this notice to the Minister for Public Works, Wellington.

In the Land District of Taranaki; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 19602, deposited in the office of the Minister for Public Works, at Wellington, in the Provincial District of Wellington, and thereon coloured sepia.

NOTICE is hereby given that it is proposed, under the provisions of “The Public Works Act, 1894,” to execute a certain public work, to wit, the construction of a road in Ngaurukehu A No. 8, Maungakaretu Survey District, and for the purposes of such public work the land described in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken. And notice is further given that the plan of the said road and of the land so required to be taken is deposited in the Post-office at Taihape, and is there open for inspection; and notice is also hereby given that all persons affected by the execution of the said public work or by the taking of the said land shall, if they have any well-grounded objections to the execution of the said public work or to the taking of such land, set forth the same in writing, and send such writing within forty days from the first publication of this notice to the Minister for Public Works, Wellington.

SCHEDULE.

In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked and coloured as above mentioned, deposited in the office of the Chief Engineer of Roads, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District.

Notice of the Laying-off of a Road through Rotomahana-Parekarangi Block.

NOTICE is hereby given, by direction of His Excellency the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, under the authority of section 92 of “The Public Works Act, 1894,” that the road described in the Schedule hereto was duly laid off in February, 1903, through the land specified in the said Schedule, under the authority of the Governor of the said colony, by Warrant dated the 28th day of January, 1903.
