Trustees for the Forest Gate Public Cemetery appointed.

RANFURLY, Governor.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the sixth section of “The Cemeteries Act, 1882,” I, Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby appoint the several persons whose names are specified in the first column of the Schedule hereto to be Trustees to provide for the maintenance and care of the public cemetery specified in the second column of the said Schedule.

Bounded towards the north-east by Section No. 2 of the said Block VIII., 499·7 links; towards the south-east by Section No. 2 aforesaid, 604·5 links; towards the south-west by a public road (Blackburn Road), 500 links; and towards the north-west by Section No. 2 aforesaid, 604·5 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked S.G. 19235, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red. |

Declaring Road-line through Land in the Spotswood Settlement to be closed.

RANFURLY, Governor.
WHEREAS a report has been received from the Surveyor-General, from which it appears that the road described in the Schedule hereto is unformed and unused, and that it intersects land acquired under “The Land for Settlements Consolidation Act, 1900,” and is not suitable for the subdivision of such land:
Now, therefore, I, Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, in pursuance and in exercise of section sixty-nine of the said Act, and of all other powers and authorities in anywise enabling me in this behalf, do by this notice hereby close the road herein-after described, and I do hereby declare that it shall thereupon become subject to the said Act.

PURSUANT to the authority conferred upon me by the eighth section of “The Justices of the Peace Act Amendment Act, 1888,” I, Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby notify and declare that the persons named in the Schedule hereto, being persons holding the office of Postmaster, under “The Post Office Act, 1900,” at the places set opposite their names respectively in the said Schedule, are authorised to take and receive statutory declarations under the two-hundred-and-thirty-fourth section of “The Justices of the Peace Act, 1882.”

Revoking Appointment of Mount Hutt Road Board as Trustees of the Barrhill Public Cemetery.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the forty-fifth section of “The Cemeteries Act, 1881,” I, Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby revoke the Warrant dated the thirtieth day of March, one thousand eight hundred and ninety-one, appointing the Mount Hutt Road Board Trustees of the Methven Cemetery, in so far as it relates to the land described in the Schedule hereto, which is now known as the Barrhill Public Cemetery.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House, at Wellington, this second day of April, 1903.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS it has been made to appear that the district electors roll of the Borough of Tauranga was prepared and completed after the times required by “The Municipal Corporations Act, 1900,” and it is expedient to validate the same:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in him by the said “Municipal Corporations Act, 1900,” and by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said colony, doth hereby declare that the district electors roll of the Borough of Tauranga for the year commencing from the first day of April, one thousand nine hundred and three, so made as aforesaid, shall be as valid to all intents and purposes as though the same had been made within the times required by the said Act, and regulations made thereunder.
