ALL that area in the Wellington Land District, containing by admeasurement 100 acres, more or less, being Section No. 15, Block IX., Pukeokahu Survey District. Bounded towards the north by Kokopunui Road; thence towards the east by Section No. 16; thence towards the south by Section No. 25; and thence towards the west by Section No. 24; all of the said Block IX., Pukeokahu Survey District: as the same is delineated on the plan marked S.G. 50127, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured purple. For an endowment for primary education.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this twenty-third day of March, one thousand nine hundred and three.

Notifying Lands in Auckland for Sale by Public Auction.

RANFURLY, Governor.

IN pursuance of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the one-hundred-and-thirteenth section of “The Land Act, 1892,” I, Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby appoint Monday, the fourth day of May, one thousand nine hundred and three, as the time at which the land described in the Schedule hereto shall be sold by public auction; and I do hereby fix the price at which the said land shall be sold as that mentioned in the said Schedule.

SECTION N pt. 119, containing 74 acres and 32 perches. Total upset price, £39. Good soil, brown loam; rather broken; about 15 acres bush, 4 acres swamp, balance open fern land.

IN pursuance of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the one-hundred-and-thirteenth section of “The Land Act, 1892,” I, Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby appoint Tuesday, the twenty-sixth day of May, one thousand nine hundred and three, as the time at which the lands enumerated in the Schedule hereto shall be sold by public auction; and I do hereby fix the prices at which the said lands shall be sold as those mentioned in the said Schedule hereto opposite the description of such lands respectively.
