BOROUGH OF SOUTH DUNEDIN.
SPECIAL ORDER.
NOTICE is hereby given that at a special meeting of the Council of the Borough of South Dunedin, duly convened, and held in the Council Chambers, South Dunedin, on the 11th day of November, 1902, the following resolution (intended to operate as a special order) was duly passed, and at a special meeting of the said Council, duly convened, and held on the 9th day of December, 1902, the said resolution was duly confirmed, which said resolution is in the words and figures following, that is to say:—
- That the present subdivision of the Borough of South Dunedin into three wards be revoked, and that in lieu thereof the said borough be divided into four wards, to be called respectively North Ward, South Ward, East Ward, and West Ward, which are respectively described in the Schedule hereto.
- That the Council of the said borough shall consist of twelve members, exclusive of the Mayor, who shall be elected as follows:—
(a.) The electors of North Ward shall elect three Councillors.
(b.) The electors of South Ward shall elect two Councillors.
(c.) The electors of East Ward shall elect four Councillors.
(d.) The electors of West Ward shall elect three Councillors. - The alteration hereby made in the number of the members of the said Council shall not take effect until after the 1st day of April, 1903, and the Councillors to be elected in the month of April, 1903, shall be elected in accordance with the provisions of this special order.
Schedule.
North Ward.—Bounded on the north by the northern boundary-line of Cargill Road, on the south by the centre line of Macandrew Road, on the east by the centre line of Main Road, and on the west by the centre line of Bradshaw Street.
South Ward.—Bounded on the east by the centre line of Main Road, on the west by the Borough of Caversham, on the south by the centre line of Prince Edward Road, and on the north by the centre line of Macandrew Road.
East Ward.—Bounded on the east by the Otago Harbour, on the west by the centre line of Main Road, on the north by the northern boundary-line of Cargill Road, and on the south by the centre line of Bay View Road.
West Ward.—Bounded on the north by the northern boundary-line of Cargill Road, on the south by the centre line of Macandrew Road, on the east by the centre line of Bradshaw Street, and on the west by the centre line of Forbury Road.

CASH TRADING, FINANCE, AND AGENCY COMPANY (LIMITED).
In the matter of “The Companies Act, 1882,” and its amendments; and in the matter of the Cash Trading, Finance, and Agency Company (Limited).
NOTICE is hereby given that a General Meeting of the abovenamed company will be held at the office of the Liquidator, J. S. S. Medley, Devon Street, New Plymouth, on the 15th day of May, 1903, at 11 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of having the account of the Liquidator, showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the company disposed of, laid before such meeting, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator, and also of determining by extraordinary resolution the manner in which the books, accounts, and documents of the company, and of the Liquidator thereof, shall be disposed of.

NOTICE is hereby given, in pursuance of section 202 of “The Companies Act, 1882,” that a General Meeting of the members of the abovenamed company will be held in the office of Mr. R. T. Wheeler, jun., Colonial Mutual Buildings, Princes Street, Dunedin, on the 29th May, 1903, at 2 p.m., for the purpose of having an account laid before them showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator, and also of determining by extraordinary resolution the manner in which the books, accounts, and documents of the company, and of the liquidation thereof, shall be disposed of.
