Notice of the Laying-off of Road through Raketapauma Block, Maungakaretu Survey District.

NOTICE is hereby given, by direction of His Excellency the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, under the authority of section 92 of “The Public Works Act, 1894,” that the road described in the Schedule hereto was duly taken and laid off, in October, 1902, through the lands specified in the said Schedule, under the authority of the Governor of the said colony, by Warrant dated 22nd November, 1901.

SCHEDULE.

All in the Land District of Wellington; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked and coloured as above noted, and deposited in the office of the Chief Engineer of Roads, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District.

Notice of Intention to take Land in Block XIII., Ohinemuri Survey District, for Road Purposes.

NOTICE is hereby given that it is proposed, under the provisions of “The Public Works Act, 1894,” to execute a certain public work, to wit, the construction of a road in Ohinemuri Survey District, and for the purposes of such public work the land described in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken. And notice is hereby further given that the plan of the said road and of the land so required to be taken is deposited in the Post-office, Karangahake, and is there open for inspection; and that all persons affected by the execution of the said public work or by the taking of the said land should, if they have any well-grounded objections to the execution of the said public work or to the taking of such land, set forth the same in writing, and send such writing within forty days from the first publication of this notice to the Minister for Public Works, Wellington.
