Land set apart for State Forest Purposes in the Land District of Otago.

A PROCLAMATION.
BY virtue and in exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by "The New Zealand State Forests Act, 1885," and of every other power and authority enabling me in that behalf, I, Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said colony, do hereby set apart the land described in the Schedule hereto, forming part of the Crown lands in New Zealand, as and for a State forest within the provisions of the said Act.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Land District of Otago, containing by admeasurement 1,082 acres 2 roods 29 perches, more or less, being Section No. 10, Block XII., Glenkenich Survey District. Bounded towards the north by a road, towards the east by Sections Nos. 12 and 11 of the said Block XII., towards the south-east and west generally by the road along the left bank of the Pomahaka River, again towards the north and west by reserve to Section No. 4 of the said Block XII., and again towards the north and towards the west generally by the said Section No. 4; as the same is delineated on the plan marked S.G. 43888, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right Honourable Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly; Knight Grand Cross of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George; Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over His Majesty's Colony of New Zealand and its Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the said Colony, at the Government House, at Wellington, this twenty-third day of February, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and three.

Proclaiming the Taking of Land for a Road in Block VII., Waikaka Survey District, Southland County.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers conferred by section thirteen of "The Land Act, 1892," and its amendments, I, Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, with the consent of the Otago School Commissioners, and with the consent of the Tuturau Road Board, being the local authority in whose district the land hereinafter mentioned is situated, do by this notice hereby proclaim as a road the land mentioned in the Schedule hereto.
