Station 116: including all adjoining and intervening places, lands, reserves, roads, tracks, rivers, streams, and watercourses: all in the Land District of Hawke’s Bay: as the same is delineated on the plan marked P.W.D.19994, deposited in the office of the Minister for Public Works, at Wellington, in the Provincial District of Wellington.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right Honourable Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly; Knight Grand Cross of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George; Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over His Majesty’s Colony of New Zealand and its Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the said Colony, at the Government House, at Wellington, this twenty-second day of November, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and two.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance of the powers and authorities conferred by the one-hundred-and-sixty-second section of “The Land Act, 1892,” and of all other powers and authorities enabling me in this behalf, I, Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the lands described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same are hereby set apart and declared open for lease as part of the Niho Niho Improved-farm Special Settlement.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House, at Wellington, this twenty-seventh day of October, 1902.
Present:
His Excellency the Governor in Council.
WHEREAS the lands mentioned in the Schedule hereto are required to be taken for a public work, to wit, the purpose of a waterwork for the Borough of Gisborne: And whereas the said lands are held or occupied by Native owners under a title which is not derived from the Crown: And whereas a map in duplicate has been prepared of the said lands by the Gisborne Borough Council, as required by the eighty-eighth section of “The Public Works Act, 1894”:
Now, therefore, in pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the eighty-eighth section of the said Act, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said colony, doth hereby declare that the lands shown upon such map, and described in the Schedule hereto, shall be deemed to be taken for the purpose of the said waterwork, and the said land shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Burgesses of the Borough of Gisborne, as from the fifteenth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and two.

Amending the Description of a Reserve in the Auckland Land District.

WHEREAS by the two-hundred-and-thirty-ninth section of “The Land Act, 1892,” it is enacted that where there has been any error of description made in any notification of any intended reserve, or where there appears a great discrepancy in the area of any intended reserve after the same shall have been surveyed, the Governor may cancel any notification that may have been made in respect of such reserve, and issue fresh notification in respect thereof, with amended particulars and description: And whereas an error was made in the description of Lot No. 20 of Section No. 5, Small Lots near Village of Howick, Parish of Pakuranga, in the Warrants of the twentieth day of January and the seventh day of April, one thousand eight hundred and eighty-one, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 6, of the twenty-seventh day of January, and No. 26, of the fourteenth day of April, one thousand eight hundred and eighty-one, respectively, reserving the land for a quarry; and it is expedient to cancel the said notifications in so far as they relate to Lot No. 20 of Section No. 5, Small Lots near Village of Howick, Parish of Pakuranga aforesaid :
