All that area in the Taranaki Land District bounded towards the north generally by the Eltham Riding, herein-before described, from the Waingongoro River to the Patea River: thence towards the east generally by the Patea River to the confiscation boundary-line in Section No. 5, Block I., Opaku Survey District; thence by the confiscation boundary-line to the western boundary-line of Section No. 6, Block XIII., Omona Survey District; thence by the said Section No. 6 and the crossing of Torere Road to Section No. 1, Block I., Opaku Survey District; thence by the said Section No. 1 and its north-eastern boundary-line produced to the Tangahoe Stream; thence by the Tangahoe Stream to the ocean: thence towards the south-west by the ocean to the mouth of the Waingongoro River: and thence towards the west generally by the Waingongoro River to the place of commencement: excepting from the above-described area the Borough of Hawera.

Queensland .. Six months from 5th September, 1902.
New South Wales .. One year from 21st March, 1902.
Victoria .. Till revoked.
South Australia .. One year from 25th June, 1902.
Western Australia.. Till revoked.
Tasmania.. One year from 2nd May, 1902.
