THE EXCELSIOR GOLD-DREDGING COMPANY (LIMITED).

A GENERAL Meeting of this company will be held on Monday, 5th January, 1903, at 5 o’clock in the afternoon, at my office, 14, High Street, Dunedin, for the purpose of having the Liquidator’s account laid before the members, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator, and for giving directions as to the disposal of the company’s books.

In the matter of the Liquidation of the National Laundry (Limited), Auckland.

AT an extraordinary general meeting of the National Laundry (Limited), held on Monday, 2nd June, 1902, the undermentioned resolutions were passed, and at a subsequent meeting, held on Wednesday, 18th June, 1902, the said resolutions were duly confirmed.

  1. That the company be voluntarily wound up.
  2. That Mr. P. Butler be appointed Liquidator.
  3. That Messrs. Chapman and Anderson be appointed a Committee to act with the Liquidator, and fix his remuneration.

NOTICE OF CHANGE OF SURNAME.

I, JAMES SCOTT, of Kyeburn, in Otago, in the Colony of New Zealand, Farmer, do hereby give notice that I have assumed, and intend henceforth upon all occasions and at all times to sign and use and be called and known by, the surname of WALLEY-SCOTT, in lieu of and in substitution for my present surname of Scott, and that such intended change or assumption of name is formally declared and evidenced by a deed-poll under my hand and seal, dated this day, and intended to be forthwith enrolled in the office at Dunedin of the Supreme Court of New Zealand, Otago and Southland District.

In testimony whereof I do hereby sign and subscribe myself by such my intended future name.
