ROYAL CHARLTON GOLD-DREDGING COMPANY (LIMITED).
NOTICE is hereby given that at an extraordinary general meeting of the above company, held at Dunedin on Monday, 28th July, 1902, the following resolution was passed— “That the Royal Charlton Gold-dredging Company (Limited) be wound up voluntarily under the provisions of ‘The Companies Act, 1882,’ and its amendments”; and that at an extraordinary general meeting, held at the registered office of the company, Dunedin, on Monday, 25th August, 1902, the foregoing resolution was confirmed, and the undersigned appointed Liquidator.

THE CELTIC GOLD-DREDGING COMPANY (LIMITED).
In the matter of “The Companies Act, 1882,” and its amendments.
NOTICE is hereby given that at an extraordinary general meeting of the shareholders of the above company, duly convened, and held at Heriot on the 28th day of August, 1902, the following resolution was duly passed:—
“ That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the Celtic Gold-dredging Company (Limited) cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the company be wound up voluntarily; and that Robert Etheridge Hyde be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up, and his remuneration fixed at twenty pounds (£20).” Carried unanimously.

THE BALD HILL FLAT FREEHOLD DREDGING COMPANY (LIMITED), (IN LIQUIDATION).
NOTICE is hereby given that a General Meeting of shareholders in this company will be held at the Dunedin Stock Exchange, Colonial Bank Buildings, Princes Street, Dunedin, on Wednesday, the 5th day of November, 1902, at 4.30 o’clock p.m., for the purpose of receiving the Liquidator’s accounts showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted, and of passing a resolution as to the disposal of the books, accounts, and documents of the company, and of the Liquidator thereof.

THE Public Trustee is desirous of ascertaining the whereabouts of ROBERT McCLINTOCK, who emigrated from Lissan, near Omagh, County Tyrone, to New Zealand about fifty years ago; also his brother JAMES, who emigrated several years after him; and also a sister (christian name unknown), who married a man by the name of JAMES CHARLTON, who also emigrated to this colony.

COLEGROVE, of Wellington, Tea-dealer, carrying on business at Dunedin as tea-dealers, under the style or firm of “The Kincole Tea Company,” has this day been dissolved by mutual consent. All debts due to or owing by the late firm will be received and paid by the said Thomas Kincaid, who will continue the business under the present style or firm of “The Kincole Tea Company.”
