said Block V.; towards the south-east by the said Section
No. 66; towards the south-west by Kimberley Road; and
towards the north-west by Arapaepae Road: as the same is
delineated on the plan marked S.G. 43786, deposited in the
Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington,
in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.
For public-school reserve.
All that area in the Wellington Land District, containing
by admeasurement 2 acres 2 roods 35 perches, more or less,
being Section No. 66A, Block V., Waiopehu Survey District.
Bounded towards the north-east by Subdivisions Nos. 4 and 5
of Horowhenua 3n No. 2 Block; towards the south-east by
Section No. 66 of the said Block V.; towards the south-west
by Section No. 66 aforesaid; and towards the north-west by
Arapaepae Road: as the same is delineated on the plan
marked S.G. 43786, deposited in the Head Office, Department
of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, in the Wellington
Land District, and thereon coloured red. For gravel reserve.

Amending the Description of a Reserve in the Auckland Land District.
RANFURLY, Governor.
WHEREAS by the two-hundred-and-thirty-ninth section of “The Land Act, 1892,” it is enacted that
where there has been any error of description made in any
notification of any intended reserve, or where there appears
a great discrepancy in the area of any intended reserve
after the same shall have been surveyed, the Governor may
cancel any notification that may have been made in respect
of such reserve, and issue fresh notifications in respect
thereof, with amended particulars and description: And
whereas an error was made in the description of Section
No. 20, Block II., Hukerenui Survey District, Auckland
Land District, the area of which was wrongly stated as five
acres in the Warrants of the twenty-fourth day of August,
one thousand eight hundred and ninety-four, published in
the New Zealand Gazette No. 64, of the thirtieth day of
August, one thousand eight hundred and ninety-four, and the
twenty-eighth day of November, one thousand eight hundred
and ninety-four, published in the New Zealand Gazette
No. 85, of the twenty-ninth day of November, one thousand
eight hundred and ninety-four, reserving the land for a
public-school site; and it is expedient to cancel the said
notifications in so far as they relate to Section No. 20,
Block II., Hukerenui Survey District, aforesaid:
Now, therefore, I, Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly,
the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby
revoke the Warrants of the twenty-fourth day of August,
one thousand eight hundred and ninety-four, and the
twenty-eighth day of November, one thousand eight hundred
and ninety-four, in so far as they relate to Section No. 20,
Block II., Hukerenui Survey District, and do declare that
the land described in the Schedule hereto shall be the land
set apart as a public-school site intended by the said notifications.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, being Section
No. 20 of Block II., Hukerenui Survey District, containing
by admeasurement 7 acres 3 roods 20 perches, more or less.
Bounded towards the north generally by a public road, 255
and 116 links respectively, by the crossing of the said road,
by Section No. 24 of Block II., Hukerenui Survey District,
311 links, and by Section No. 12 of the said Block II., 516
links; towards the east by the crossing of a public road,
by Section No. 25 of Block II. aforesaid, 862 links; towards
the south by the said Section No. 25, 1108 links; and towards
the west by Section No. 26 of the said Block II., 403 links,
to the point of commencement: be all the aforesaid linkages
more or less: excepting from the above-described area a
road 100 links wide: as the same is delineated on the plan
marked S.G. 23060, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured purple.

this fifth day of September, one thousand nine
hundred and two.
