PURSUANT to the provisions of section 17 of “The Education Boards Election Act, 1900,” it is hereby notified that the following are the names of the three persons elected to fill the three vacancies on the Education Board of Hawke’s Bay:—

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership hitherto existing between the undersigned, ROBERT WALLACE and FREDERICK WILLIAM TUCKER, as Watchmakers, Jewellers, and Diamond-setters, at Christchurch, has been dissolved by mutual consent, as from the 26th day of July, 1902. The business will be carried on by Frederick William Tucker alone, to whom all accounts due to the firm are payable, and by whom all liabilities will be discharged.

FOR Deaf Children of sound intellect. The pupils are taught to use and understand ordinary speech. The best age for entrance is between six and seven.
The full charge for board and education is £40 a year, but less is accepted from parents who cannot afford to pay this amount. In case of necessity admission is free.
