Proclaiming Road as closed between Sections 304 and 302,
Forest Hill Hundred, Southland County.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers conferred by
section thirteen of “The Land Act, 1892,” I, Uchter
John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly, the Governor of the Colony
of New Zealand, do by this notice hereby proclaim as closed
the road in Forest Hill Hundred hereinafter described, that
is to say,—

Area of the Portion of Road closed. Being Part of Road between Situated in Shown on Plan marked Coloured on Plan
A. R. P. 2 1 38 Sections 304 & 302 Forest Hill Hundred R. 4059 Green.

In the Southland Land District; as the same is delineated
upon the plan marked and coloured as above mentioned,
and deposited in the office of the Chief Engineer of Roads,
at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right
Honourable Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly;
Knight Grand Cross of the Most Distinguished
Order of Saint Michael and Saint George;
Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over
His Majesty’s Colony of New Zealand and its
Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the
said Colony, at the Government House, at Wellington, this fourteenth day of August, in the
year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and
two.

IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers conferred by
section thirteen of “The Land Act, 1892,” I, Uchter
John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly, the Governor of the Colony
of New Zealand, with the consent of the owners of the
lands hereinafter mentioned, and with the consent of the
Rangitikei County Council, being the local authority in
whose district the said lands are situated, do by this notice
hereby proclaim as a road the lands mentioned in the
Schedule hereto.

consent of the Weber Road Board, being the local authority
in whose district the said lands are situated, do by this
notice hereby proclaim as a road the lands mentioned in the
