Proclaiming the Taking of Land for a Road through Section 16, Waiau District, Wallace County.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers conferred by section thirteen of “The Land Act, 1892,” I, Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, with the consent of the owners of the land hereinafter mentioned, and with the consent of the Council of the County of Wallace, being the local authority in whose district the said land is situated, do by this notice hereby proclaim as a road the land mentioned in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

The parcel of land mentioned hereunder:—

Approximate Area of Land taken. Being Part of Section Situated in Block Situated in the Survey District of Shown on Plan marked Coloured on Plan
A. R. P. 1 3 32 16 V. Waiau .. R. 4052 Red.

In the Southland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated upon the plan marked and coloured as above noted, deposited in the office of the Chief Engineer of Roads, Wellington, in the Wellington Land District.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right Honourable Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly; Knight Grand Cross of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George; Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over His Majesty’s Colony of New Zealand and its Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the said Colony, at the Government House, at Wellington, this fourteenth day of August, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and two.
