Proclaiming the Taking of a Road-deviation through Sections
in Block IX., Waitara Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.

I N pursuance and in exercise of the powers conferred by
section thirteen of “The Land Act, 1892,” I, Uchter
John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly, the Governor of the Colony
of New Zealand, with the consent of the School Commis-
sioners, lessees, and of the mortgagee of the lands herein-
after mentioned, and with the consent of the Waitara West
Road Board, being the local authority in whose district the
said lands are situated, do by this notice hereby proclaim as
roads the lands mentioned in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

The parcels of land mentioned in list hereunder:—

particularly delineated on the plan marked as above noted,
deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and
Survey, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and
thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right
Honourable Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly;
Knight Grand Cross of the Most Distinguished
Order of Saint Michael and Saint George;
Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over
His Majesty’s Colony of New Zealand and its
Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the
said Colony, at the Government House, at Wel-
ington, this sixth day of August, in the year of
our Lord one thousand nine hundred and two.

Block IX., Waitara Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.

I N pursuance and in exercise of the powers conferred by
section thirteen of “The Land Act, 1892,” I, Uchter
John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly, the Governor of the Colony
of New Zealand, do by this notice hereby proclaim as closed
the road in Waitara Survey District mentioned in the Sche-
dule hereto.

In the Land District of Taranaki; as the same is delineated
upon the plan marked as above mentioned, deposited in the
Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Welling-
ton, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured
as above noted.

ERRATUM.—On page 1629 of New Zealand Gazette No. 61, dated the 31st July, 1902, in Return of the Quantity and
Value of Exports from New Zealand during the Quarter ended the 30th June, 1902, the total value of New Zealand
produce should read “£4,121,924,” and total of same column “£4,162,089,” in place of “£4,021,924” and “£4,062,089”
respectively, as printed,
