Temporarily reserving Lands in the Auckland Land District.

WHEREAS by the two-hundred-and-thirty-fifth section of “The Land Act, 1892,” it is enacted that the Governor may from time to time, either by general or particular description, and whether the same has been surveyed or not, reserve from sale temporarily, notwithstanding that the same may be then held under pastoral license, any Crown lands which in his opinion are required for any of the purposes in the said section mentioned:

Now, therefore, I, Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, in exercise and pursuance of the powers and authorities vested in me by the said Act, do hereby temporarily reserve from sale the lands in the Auckland Land District described in the Schedule hereunder written, for the purposes in the said Schedule specified at the end of the respective descriptions of the lands so intended to be temporarily reserved.

SCHEDULE.

ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, being Allotment No. 584C of the Town of Cambridge East, containing by admeasurement 2 acres 1 rood 3 perches, more or less. Bounded towards the north by Allotment No. 587 of the Town of Cambridge East, 814 links; towards the south-east by Fort Street, 790 links; towards the south-west by Allotment No. 584B of the Town of Cambridge East aforesaid, 408 links; towards the north-west and again towards the south-west by Allotment No. 584A of the Town of Cambridge East aforesaid, 100 links and 322 links respectively, to the point of commencement: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked S.G. 48690, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red. All that area in the Auckland Land District, being Section No. 11 of Block X., Tokatoka Survey District, containing by admeasurement 10 acres, more or less. All that area in the Auckland Land District, being Section No. 10 of Block X., Tokatoka Survey District, containing by admeasurement 7 acres and 37 perches, more or less.
