Special Order made by the Thames County Council altering Boundaries of Ridings.

THE following special order, made by the Thames County Council, is published in accordance with the provisions of “The Counties Act, 1886.”

SPECIAL ORDER for altering the Boundaries of a Riding in the County of Thames by the Merging of an Adjoining Riding.

In pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by section 44 of “The Counties Act, 1886,” the County Council of Thames resolves as follows: That the Waiotahi Riding in the said county shall be merged into the Kauaeranga Riding, and the boundaries of the latter extended accordingly—that is to say, that the present north, east, and west boundaries of the Waiotahi Riding shall henceforth be the boundaries of the aforesaid Kauaeranga Riding.
