In the matter of “The Companies Act, 1882”; and in the matter of the Big Flat Dredging Company (Limited).
NOTICE is hereby given that at an extraordinary general meeting of the above company, held at the registered office of the company, Crawford Street, Dunedin, on Monday, 19th May, 1902, at 5 o’clock in the afternoon, the following extraordinary resolution was passed:—
“That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same; and, accordingly, that the company be wound up voluntarily.”
A further resolution was passed at the above meeting appointing DAVID LESLIE, of Dunedin, Accountant, Liquidator of the said company for the purposes of such winding-up.

In the matter of the Broad Creek Gold-dredging Company (Limited), (in liquidation).
NOTICE is hereby given the creditors of the abovenamed company are required, on or before the twelfth day of July, one thousand nine hundred and two, to send their names and addresses, and the particulars of their debts or claims, and the names and addresses of their solicitors (if any), to NEIL McLEOD GUNN, of Temple Chambers, No. 99, Princes Street, Dunedin, the Liquidator of the said company, and, if so required by notice in writing from the said Liquidator, are, by their solicitors, to come in and prove their said debts or claims at such time and place as shall be specified in such notice, or in default thereof they will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved.

AT an extraordinary general meeting of the members of the abovenamed company, duly convened, and held at the Call-room of the Dunedin Stock Exchange, Princes Street, Dunedin, on Saturday, the seventeenth day of May, one thousand nine hundred and two, the following extraordinary resolution was duly passed: “That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the company be wound up voluntarily.” And at the same meeting NEIL McLEOD GUNN, of Temple Chambers, Princes Street, Dunedin, aforesaid, Accountant, was appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up.

NOTICE is hereby given, in pursuance of section 202 of “The Companies Act, 1882,” that a General Meeting of the members of the abovenamed company will be held at the office of the Liquidator, Lower Rattray Street, Dunedin, on Monday, the 1st day of September, 1902, at 4 p.m., for the purpose of having an account laid before them showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator, and also of determining by extraordinary resolution the manner in which the books, accounts, and documents of the company, and of the liquidation thereof, shall be disposed of.
