THE MOONLIGHT No. 2 SLUICING COMPANY (LIMITED).
NOTICE is hereby given that at a duly convened and constituted meeting of the shareholders in the above-named company, held at the registered office of the company on the 25th day of February, 1902, the following extraordinary resolution was carried unanimously—viz., “That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the company be wound up voluntarily”; and that, by a further resolution duly carried at the same meeting, Mr. WILLIAM HENRY MIDDLETON was appointed Liquidator of the company.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership hitherto existing between the undersigned, FREDERICK DAVID WOODROFFE and HORACE PALMER HUDLESTON, carrying on the trade or business of Indenters and Merchants, under the style or firm of “F. D. Woodroffe and Co.,” has been dissolved by mutual consent from the 10th day of March instant.
All debts due by or to the late firm will be paid and received by the said FREDERICK DAVID WOODROFFE, who will continue to carry on business as before.
