NOTICE is hereby given that at an extraordinary meeting of the members of the Marsden No. 3 Gold-dredging Company (Limited), held at the company’s registered office, 148, Princes Street, Dunedin, on the 4th April, 1902, the following resolution was passed :—

“That it has been proved to the satisfaction of the shareholders that the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the company be wound up voluntarily.”

It was also resolved that Mr. THORNHILL COOPER be appointed Liquidator.

NOTICE is hereby given that an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Shareholders of the abovenamed company will be held at the company’s office, No. 5, Lambton Quay, Wellington, on Wednesday, the 18th day of June, 1902, at 12 noon, for the purpose of having the Liquidator’s account laid before them, showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the company disposed of, and to hear any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator.
