NOTICE is hereby given that at an extraordinary general meeting of the shareholders of the above company, held at the office of the company, 5, Lambton Quay, on the 20th February, 1902, the following resolution was passed — viz., “That the Omdurman Gold-dredging Company (Limited) be wound up voluntarily”; and that this resolution was duly confirmed as a special resolution at an extraordinary general meeting of the shareholders held on the 7th March, 1902.—E. THE creditors of the abovenamed company are required, on or before the 17th day of April, 1902, to send their names and addresses, and the particulars of their debts or claims, and the names and addresses of their solicitors, if any, to James Ashcroft, of Wellington, Official Assignee, the Official Liquidator of the said company, and, if so required by notice in writing from the said Official Liquidator, are by their solicitors to come in and prove their said debts or claims at the Registrar’s office, in the Supreme Court House, at Wellington, at such time as shall be specified in such notice, or in default thereof they will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved.

Monday, the 19th day of May, 1902, at 2.30 o’clock in the afternoon, at the Registrar’s said office, is appointed for hearing and adjudicating upon the debts and claims.

NOTICE is hereby given that a General Meeting of shareholders in this company will be held at the Dunedin Stock Exchange, Colonial Bank Buildings, Princes Street, Dunedin, on Monday, the 5th May, 1902, at 4.30 p.m., for the purpose of receiving the Liquidator’s accounts showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted, and of passing a resolution as to the disposal of the books, accounts, and documents of the company, and of the Liquidator thereof.
