Length and intended course of race: Four chains, more or less, from Fortification Creek, eastern side, to main race, Lee Stream.

Points of intake: At a small dam on Fortification Creek, 4 chains from Lee Stream.

Estimated time and cost of construction: Eighteen months; £25.

Mean depth and breadth: 1 ft. 6 in. by 2 ft.

Number of heads to be diverted: Five.

Purpose for which water is to be used: Generating electricity for transmission of power and electric lighting.

Proposed term of license: Forty-two years.
