In the matter of the Wellesley Club Company (Limited).

NOTICE is hereby given that at the annual general meeting of the members of the Wellesley Club Company (Limited), duly convened, and held on Friday, 29th November, 1901, at the registered office of the company, Johnston Street, Wellington, the following resolution was passed : “That the Wellesley Club Company (Limited) be wound up voluntarily.”

The above resolution was confirmed at a general meeting of shareholders held on the 16th December, 1901 ; and Oswald Stephen Watkins, of Wellington, was appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up.

PHARMACY BOARD OF NEW ZEALAND.

IN accordance with the provisions of “The Pharmacy Act, 1898,” and the regulations thereunder, I hereby notify that it is my intention, on the 18th day of January, 1902, to hold an election for one member of the Pharmacy Board of New Zealand, to fill the vacancy caused by the resignation of Mr. James A. Haslett. And I hereby appoint Monday, the 30th day of December, 1901, at 4 p.m., as the time, and my office, No. 3, Cuba Street, Wellington, as the place, for receiving nominations of a duly qualified person to fill such vacancy.

FOR Deaf Children of sound intellect. The pupils are taught to use and understand ordinary speech. The best age for entrance is between six and seven.

The full charge for board and education is £40 a year, but less is accepted from parents who cannot afford to pay this amount. In case of necessity admission is free.
